If you're not happy with the performance after our Renew-IT service, you can return your system and trade it in for a newer model, applying the amount you paid towards the upgrade. Question: What about all my stuff? My pictures, data and programs?

Answer: The primary goal of a Renew-IT service is to eliminate the issues causing your system to run slowly. Unfortunately, it is impossible to separate your personal data from these issues. Therefore, all data needs to be backed up before the service, as programs will need to be reinstalled. This process mirrors what you would need to do if you were to purchase a replacement system.

If you are unsure about how to back up your data, we encourage you to choose the SAVE the DATA option (regularly $29.95, but discounted to $19.95 with a Renew-IT service). With this option, we'll remove your old storage device and place it in an easy-to-use enclosure that can be plugged into any USB port. This gives you full access to your data. We will then install a new storage device in your laptop and set everything up on this new storage device.
