Warranty

Standard Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated, all laptops from Computers Plus come with a 90 Day Parts and Labour Warranty and Extended Warranty is available.  Your warranty protects you against manufacturing defects or failing parts.  Warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, fire, water or damage caused by repairs or upgrades attempted by any unauthorized person.  If we need to change a part to correct a problem, then the problem is warranty related.  Physical or cosmetic damage is not covered.

Often, what seems to be a hardware issue, is not, and we can help solve the issue through remote tech services, but if a part needs to be changed, then the laptop needs to be returned for service.

Computers Plus will fix or replace. If an item is deemed not worth repair (which is rare), Computers Plus reserves the right to replace the item with something equivalent or better. If the system is to be replaced, the customer has the option to have the amount originally paid, to be applied as a credit on account, which can then be applied to something different.

Shipping

Warranty service within the first 30 Days: Computers Plus pays for shipping to our depot and then again for return shipping to you. The customer is responsible for safely packing the system for a safe return.

Warranty Service beyond 30 Days: Customer is responsible for shipping, insurance, taxes, fees and everything else associated with sending the product to Computers Plus for warranty repairs. Computers Plus pays for return shipping.

Warranty Period

All Computers Plus laptops come with 90 Day Parts and Labour Warranty, unless otherwise stated.  Extended warranty is not expensive and recommended.  Warranty commences on the date of sale and is not extended for delivery time.
